Michigan Fiber Festival
Michigan Fiber Festival, one of the Midwest's Largest Annual Fiber Festivals!
Now in it's 16th year, we are excited to say that "time flies when you are having fun!" 2013 brings new and exciting changes to the Festival - for starters, you will notice you are now navigating around on our new full eCommerce website! You can now register for the Festival, Workshops, and Camping online! You can even log-in as a Member (versus checking out as a 'Guest') and be able to sign-in each year or during annual events and we will always have your information on hand! You will also notice this year will bring new emails with your registration providing you with new electronic grounds maps and much more!
As we continue to grow, we hope you will notice that our Festival will never lose that special 'down home feel.' Each year we look forward to seeing new faces, seeing everyone enjoying themselves, learning something new, or just having fun eating Festival food and dancing to the live bands!
As always, join us for Fiber Demonstrations, Shopping, Fiber Workshops, Tractor Shows/Displays, Animal Competitions, Kids Parades, and so much more! Remember, this is a great Fiber Festival that provides fun for the whole family - so we hope to see you this year!

Fiber Festival Admission
2013 Fiber Festival will take place from August 16th thru August 18th (rain or shine). Workshops will take place from August 14th thru August 18th. Each year, the Festival is held in Allegan, Michigan, within the Allegan County Fairgrounds. Admission on Friday is $3.00 per person, Saturday & Sunday $5.00 per person, Children 8 years old and younger are FREE, and Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) passes are $8.00 per person. You can purchase your pass/ticket right at the Festival gates or you can also purchase your pass/tickets right online this year!

Fiber Festival Entertainment and General Events
Our Festival provides not only a special indoor hospitality area we hope folks will take advantage of the area to rest, chat, spin, knit, or just enjoy the art displays. We also hold fun events like our Costume Class in the Sheep Show, Youth Events and much more. Below provides a quick peak into some of our entertainment and general events!
Old Tractors R Us Tractor Club Display
Ladies, have you come to Festival dragging a reluctant husband along with you? Men, have you come to Festival being dragged through miles of yarn and roving? Do not grumble any more because there is a tractor display that would like your attention. This year will be the 5th year that Old Tractors R-Us Tractor Club (a local tractor group) will be at Festival with a variety of tractors and activities on display for all to enjoy. Also, this year the tractors will be on display for both Saturday and Sunday! They are looking forward to meeting and greeting the many people that will attend Festival this year. Please stop by to ask questions and to see the corn shelling and grinding demonstrations. Historical Village on the Fairgrounds
Don’t forget about the Historical Village on the fairgrounds. They will be open for your enjoyment Saturday and Sunday. Check out the buildings, talk to the volunteers about the site or enjoy your lunch in the common area.
Children's Activities
Our children's activities are updated each Festival with the new postings coming out each year on April (so check back on April 1st, 2013 for the latest schedule). The children's activities take place in Caulkins Barn and include fun crafts like making hot pads, chair mats, and rugs. Learning to make your own knitting needles, felted soap and so much more!
