#104 Peyote Stitch Beaded Needle Case

by Gail Hollinger on Wednesday Full Day
This product is not available

Working with size ten (pretty darn small) seed beads, this workshop will teach Peyote style bead weaving, also called gourd stitch. We will cover a tube which can be used as a needle case, etui (small sewing kit) or pillbox or just an interesting pendent. This class will also teach beaded daisy and Pottawatomie daisy chains. The instructor will supply beads, tubes to bead on, needles, thread, and beeswax.

Class Limit: 12 Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Participants Should Bring: Since we will be working with small beads, good light will be very helpful. It would be a good idea (but not essential) to bring a tabletop craft light and an extension cord. You may find that one with a magnifying glass attached is useful.
Material Fee:
$15.00 Fees cover the following: beads, thread, needles, beeswax, tubes, instruction book, sample patterns.
