I'm a high school special educator who is skilled at breaking instructions into small, managable pieces. This training makes me an excellent choice as a knitting instructor as I'm able to approach teaching from multiple perspectives and typically am able to find a way for all of my students to achieve successful results. I'm a "graduate" of Joan Sheridan's Knitting Boot Camp and Fair Isle classes and have worked my way through levels 1-2 of the TKGA Master Knitter program. I've been published and have self-published over 20 knitting patterns to date. You can see a portion of my design work on Ravelry .
