#440 Jarita Thompson -- Dimensional Crochet Beaded Lace Bracelet

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Workshop Description: Dimensional crocheting can take your creations to a whole new level! In this class, we will focus on creating depth and texture using advanced crochet stitches such as foundation single crochet (Fsc), back post double crochet (BPdc), front loop only (FLO), and a couple of different ways to addbeads and sparkle! We willl be working with 8/2 mulberry silk yarn, laser-cut glass beads, and shell buttons to create this elegant and fashionable cuff-style bracelet.

Students should bring: scissors, magnifier if they need it (the beads are small and we will be working with 8/2 yarn which is like fingering weight), size F or G crochet hook if you prefer your own (I will have some available too.)

Homework: None other than basic knowledge of crochet
