Workshop Description: Locker hooking is a simple craft that makes a very appealing finished product.  The technique allows you to create beautiful rugs, pillows, and other products, without a loom or a spinning wheel.   We will discuss the history of locker hooking and explore different finishing techniques, and joining techniques.  You will learn that the possibilities for locker hooking are endless! Ultimately, we will start a hot pad using unspun wool that is hooked through a canvas mesh and then locked onto the canvas using yarn. It is a simple process that is easily learned.

Material Fee  $30 Includes everything needed to make a finished hot pad.  This includes a detailed instruction booklet, rug canvas, locker hook, unspun wool roving, and yarn.
