Workshop Description: This class is for those individuals that need a refresher in using their spinning wheel or have a wheel and want to use it but don't know how to get started.  A variety of different types of fiber will be given to each student to practice spinning.  If you have fiber you want to experiment with, bring it along.  Depending on time, if some students are far enough along, we will try some plying. Course materials fees are not included in the registration and should be paid directly to the instructor just prior to the start of class.

Students should bring: Spinning wheel (good working order), orifice hook, wheel oil, notebook, pen or pencil, scissors, at least 3 bobbins, lazy kate, and niddy noddy.
