Workshop Description: Learn how to "paint with wool" in this beginner needle felting workshop. Students will learn how to layer and attach wool to a linen fabric backing to make this "grazing sheep" landscape. These techniques can be applied to other flat need felting projects. Tools and finger guards will be available for use during the class. We will also cover needle felting basics such as terminology, where to find needle felting inspiration and support and where to source the best supplies.
Students should bring: Nothing. However, if they already own needle felting tools and finger guards they can bring those.

Material Fee: $50 Covers: Full materials kit: 10x10 foam mat, linen fabric backing, felting wool, wood hoop, felting needles, instruction sheet.
