Workshop Description: Get started with basic tapestry weaving with a darling mug rug. Learn how to warp a tapestry loom, start weaving, use several colors, and finish off your piece. We will talk about suitable designs and how to adapt them to tapestry weaving. Tapestry weaving is an ideal introduction to weaving in general because it can be very simple and grow into complex undertaking motifs if you fall in love with it,

Students should bring:  Glasses if you need them, an additional battery or rechargeable light if you work better with additional light, any fibers or yarns of your own that you might want to incorporate in your project.
