Skill level:  Beginner

Workshop Description: Come create your very own fun little Needle-Felted Woodland Gnome!  We’ll start with a Goldieknots Woodland Gnome Felting kit, complete with everything you need to create one gnome in class. I’ll walk you through step-by-step instructions and give you my favorite techniques for 3D felted objects. By the time we’re done, you’ll have your own gnome and all the skills you need to keep making more for you and your friends after class.  No felting or needle-felting experience needed. Suitable for children 8 and older with adult supervision who is also taking the class.

Students should bring:  Sense of creativity, a smile, and a willingness to learn.  You are welcome to bring your favorite felting needles but it is not required.

Homework:  none

Material Fee  $15  Includes complete felting kit, felting needles, felting mat, and a resource guide with instructions, tips, and tricks. Students will take home all of their materials after class. Additional kits will be available for purchase at the end of the class.
