Skill level: All levels welcome
Workshop Description: Felt vessels are fascinating and beautiful. Students will learn how to manipulate wool fibers using water and soap, to create three-dimensional vase with a little elbow grease and creativity. They will also learn how to use a resist to create an opening in the felt. Perfect for all levels of experience.
Students should bring: A bucket and 2 old towels, preferably bath sized.
Homework: None
Material Fee: $30 Covers: Wool roving, resist material, bubble wrap, plastic sheeting, soap, fiber additives like sari silk, wool yarn, neps, etc. Itinerary.
