Board Meetings 

Meetings are always open to the public.  If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity, visiting a board meeting is a great way to begin. Board meetings focus on the behind the scenes operations that make the festival the great event it is.

Board meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 1 pm from November through February. For the remainder of the year, the board meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6 pm unless otherwise noted.

All meetings are held at the Rutland Township Hall, 2461 Heath Road, Hastings, Michigan 49058, except for July which is held at the Allegan County Fair Grounds.

No food is allowed in the Rutland Township Hall.  Drinks are allowed in spill proof cups only.
