Julie Benac has been in the world of fiber arts since 2006, and has been in the cut & sew industry for over 30 years. Her creative focus today is marrying the art of fashion sewing with fiber arts to create a unique niche that appeals to everyone. Julie teaches at fiber events all over the midwest, teaching artisan yarn spinning, fiber prep, as well as her very popular “Sewing for Fiber Artists” class series.
